Niko Viramo is a tourism professional. On his free-time he is a passionate speaker & trainer in the topcis of personal motivation & achievement, talent finding and leadership. He is the founder of Fizz Academy – a small team of highly qualified speakers & trainers.
He has more than 10 years of leadership experience in the tourism world, working in the head office as well as in operations in the major hotel chains. His own management experience and presentations to company executives, project teams and international organisations gave him the background to help people find their talent and become better speakers and leaders.
